NEW PHONE HOURS
Please note that our new phone hours are from 12PM - 4PM Monday, Wednesday, & Friday and 5PM-9PM Tuesday & Thursday.  We will, of course, still be in the office until the wee hours of the evening.

The bulk of our day is spent on the phone, which does not allow time for answering e-mails, PMs, and posts.  Our intent is to free up a few extra hours each week to allow us more time to be on the PHP forum more frequently.

We want to be available for new customers to call and ask questions, but we also want to acknowledge that our current customers need our support, too. We're hopeful that the new phone hours will provide the balance that seems to be currently missing and that the benefits will outweigh any inconvenience.


REMOTE FICM REPROGRAMMING
We are happy to announce that in February, customers will no longer have to send their FICMs to us to be reprogrammed -- and no more down time for your trucks!  (Imagine the savings in shipping costs alone!

The cost of reprogramming will remain the same -- $150.  A $250 deposit will be required, however, to cover the cost of the programmer. The deposit will be 100% refundable if it is returned to us undamaged.

Each programmer will be set up to program ONE vehicle; however, if there are several people in one area who would like to reprogram their FICMs, Bill can reset the programmer remotely to allow it to program additional vehicles.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A 6.0L GRYPHON/EVOLUTION, NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED -- WE CAN REMOTELY SET UP YOUR PROGRAMMER TO REPROGRAM YOUR FICM! WHEN THE PROGRAMMING SESSION HAS ENDED, WE WILL REMOTELY RESTORE YOUR GRYPHON/EVO TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE!

Bill will also be able to set up applications for dealers to reprogram FICMs, too. Please call us to discuss pricing.

We do not have an exact release date as of yet, but rest assured that as soon as it's available, we will make announcements on our website and forum and on the forums which we sponsor.

PHP FORUM CELEBRATES ITS 1st ANNIVERSARY!
The PHP Forum celebrated its first anniversary on November 29, 2009!  What began as a customer support forum has blossomed into a wonderful source of information for Ford vehicles.  More and more often, we are reading posts from people who are asking general Ford questions, and though this was not the original purpose of the forum, we are thrilled that people feel comfortable asking questions about their vehicles and modifications!  (In fact, about half of our members are NOT currently our customers.)

We owe so much of the forum's success to our incredibly knowledgeable moderators:   JackandJanet, cleatus12r, and 88racing.  These gentlemen voluntarily go out of their way to help members seven days a week.  If you're already a member or even just a lurker, we're sure you've already noticed the overall "personality" of the PHP forum.  It's so encouraging to receive phone calls and e-mails from members who are pleased to be able to post questions or comments and not get bombarded with negative posts from other members!  Our moderators help to promote and maintain this warm, friendly atmosphere, and we are so grateful for them.

As of November 29, 2009, we have 1,033 members, 2,168 threads, and 18,434 posts, and more than 100 guests visit the forum daily!  Happy Anniversary, Forum Members -- we couldn't do it without you!

PHP OFFICE IS CLOSING ONE WEEK PER MONTH
We have been very blessed to have a booming business in these rough economic times.  To provide our customers with superior service,  Power Hungry Performance will be closed to phone calls during the third full business week of every month beginning April 2009.  During this time, we will be able to focus on custom tuning, projects, e-mails, PMs, and forum posts. To compensate, we will NOT be closed to phone calls on Fridays anymore.  We will also try to schedule live tuning events during the third full business week of the month for the convenience of our customers.
During the week we are closed, business will still operate as usual!
We will accept, process, and ship orders and be available for questions.  However, those questions will be limited to e-mail, PMs, and posts.  Our forum is also a wonderful tool for getting answers to basic questions, and we are so grateful to have incredible members and moderators who are willing to jump in and help when someone is in need!  If you have a disabled vehicle, you may post in the forum's Emergency Section; we will get in touch with you as soon as we can.
