Can I dropship a Hydra Chip to my customer?

No.  We do not offer dropship services at this point.
Can I get a Hydra custom tune directly from Power Hungry Performance?

We provide our standard library of files through Hydra Flash for relatively stock trucks. For trucks with modified single-shot injectors, we offer our Titan Unlock. It contains most of the tunes you're familiar with in our standard library, but categorized by common injector sizes. How can I get warranty parts replaced?

So you have used your own inventory to fill a warranty claim, and now you need your product replaced.

Please follow these steps to ensure your product is replaced in a timely manner:

  1. Only send in items that have gone through troubleshooting with the customer.  You will need information that is only available by going through these steps.
  2. Document each product for warranty replacement with the following:Issue reportedTroubleshooting steps takenFindingsResolution (did you replace from your inventory?)
  3. Mail damaged/malfunctioning products with the above documentation to Power Hungry Performance, Attn: Warranties, 192 Picklesimon Rd, Winder, GA 30680.

You also can forward your customer to us for warranty claims.  We will work with them directly for a resolution.  As always, please reach out if you have any questions.
