I don't think I have ever encountered a company with better customer support in my life. To me it appears their number one goal is customer satisfaction, with the performance a close second. I haven’t had to use their customer service yet as their product has been self explanatory, problem free, and performs amazing. I went from getting 8-10 mpg (empty on the highway) in my bus to a little over 15mpg and around 12.5mpg towing. I do drive conservatively and was really looking for just a small increase in mpg. So almost a 50% increase (for my set up and light foot) is amazing.

I have had the great pleasure of meeting Bill and his wife, and they have treated me like family. I have 2 7.3L Powerstroke that have PHP tunes in them, and I can tell you that the Hydra chip brings these trucks to life. My dually is a towing beast thanks to the tow tuning, and my F250 daily driver loves the high performance tuning. There is no question that Bill is "The Man" when it comes to tuning, I highly recommend anyone needing a 7.3 to perform like it's suppose too, get with PHP.

I bought the hydra tuner for my 1999 7.3 powerstroke. Let me just say I've been wanting to do this upgrade for awhile now and have seen all the amazing reviews but it absolutely blew my mind how much it brought my truck to life. It Feels like a brand new truck. I couldn't be more impressed with it! Highly highly recommend these guys!
