At Power Hungry Performance, we believe returning a product
should be straightforward—not frustrating. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right. If you're having an issue or need any help: call our office, email our support team (support@phptune.com), or complete our Support Form. Our team knows these products inside and out and can troubleshoot most issues in minutes. We are in the office M-F, 9am-5pm EST.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

No complicated RMA process required—just give us a call or complete our Support Form before sending
anything back. We’ll confirm whether your item qualifies for a refund or exchange and walk you through next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll begin processing your refund:

  • Refunds will only be issued on
    unused items in their original packaging
  • Eligible refunds are issued within 7 business days
  • Refunds are applied to your original payment method
  • We can only refund items that were purchased directly from us
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • A flat 20% restocking fee applies to all returns to help cover inspection, processing, and repackaging

I was privileged to be a part of the Chimera BETA test program. I was able to successfully flash ECM, TCM, and FICM, as well as record and send data logs with zero issues on all 3 of my 6.0L trucks. I have heard of people having issues, but I don't understand how. I received the device with no instructions and figured it out. I am not a highly technical person, but this device proved to be VERY simple to use. I also got to join the PHP team at the product release party and received the Product Release Party Legend T-shirt! I got to flash multiple trucks there with no problems. There was an F450 Cab Chassis truck present that hadn't been added to the PHP library of ECM serial numbers yet. They were able to get that added quickly and flashed flawlessly! I am beyond impressed with the support behind this product! No shipping things back or paying to unlock married devices anymore! This is hands down the most capable 6.0L tuning device on the market!

Received my Chimera on Saturday, and I was immediately impressed with the packaging, the nice protective case, and the included sticker. The ECM tune loaded without any issues, but I ran into a couple of hiccups with the FICM tuning. I reached out to Power Hungry, and even on a Saturday night, multiple people got in touch with me and helped work through the problem. That level of communication and customer service is outstanding! So far, I’ve noticed a big improvement running the Atlas 40 and the Daily Driver 65 HP tune. I’m looking forward to testing out more tunes over time and seeing what else this thing can do. Another thing worth mentioning is that I purchased my Chimera on launch day, and my wife ended up winning one as well. Power Hungry was kind enough to refund my original purchase since she won a product. That was a stand-up move and says a lot about the company and how they treat their customers. Overall, excellent product, great customer service, and a company that stands behind its customers. Thanks to the Power Hungry team for the support! Looking forward to putting more miles on this thing and continuing to test it out. Highly recommend!

Acquired this device at a 6.0 meet at holder diesel in Sarasota. Did the ecm tune and then the ficm tune to feel the difference and there was a big difference. The app worked smooth and with no issue. Truck feels way better and hoping it betters my MPG’s which was my real reason for this device.

So, we were a BETA tester for this new upcoming device(hardware). Overall experience was amazing. We certainly had pro's and con's as you should, but that why we were here right? This Chimera is a ALL-IN-ONE device that is in our opinion the best to make it to market on a unbiased standpoint. 1. Ecm,tcm,ficm flashing 2.dataloging 3.read and clear codes( Diagnostics) 4. Simple Dongle 5.One device for everything 6. Back module( saved us 😅) The Con's were just technical issues we learned, 1 in a million issues that most will never see. But every issues was resolved, we made our mishaps turn into Pro's and several updates to better this platform. I know alot of stuff has been implemented and more things to added at later dates. I do not see a reason to not use this Device over other's. It's pure functionality and future capabilities it will have is unmatched from our experiences.
