At Power Hungry Performance, we believe returning a product should be straightforward—not frustrating. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right. If you’re having an issue or need any help, call our office, email our support team (su*****@ph*****.com), or complete our Support Form. Our team knows these products inside and out and can troubleshoot most issues in minutes. We are in the office M-F, 9am-5pm EST.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
No complicated RMA process required—just give us a call or complete our Support Form before sending anything back. We’ll confirm whether your item qualifies for a refund or exchange and walk you through next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll begin processing your refund:
- Refunds will only be issued on unused items in their original packaging
- Eligible refunds are issued within 7 business days
- Refunds are applied to your original payment method
- We can only refund items that were purchased directly from us
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A flat 20% restocking fee applies to all returns to help cover inspection, processing, and repackaging
We ask that customers cover return shipping costs and use a trackable service when possible. This ensures your return arrives safely and avoids delays.
