The Binary Reorder Utility is used to convert 224K files (commonly used for TS Performance Chips) into 256K files used by the <a href=”https://gopowerhungry.com/minotaur-tuning”>Minotaur Tuning Software</a> and the Moates Quarterhorse Emulator.</br>

NOTE: You do not need to use this utility in order to program 224K files onto the Hydra Chip. The <a href=”https://www.gopowerhungry.com/hydraflash/_hydraflash.shtml”>HydraFlash software</a> handles this internally without issue.</br>
