Description
- Bluetooth functionality does not require a CTS3.
- Please Note: To use in conjunction with the CTS3,you must update your CTS3 via Edge's Update Agent / Ignition software before installing the Medusa and before installing Power Hungry Performance's CTS3 patch. You can find the Update Agent / Ignition software on Edge's website.

Bluetooth and/or touch-screen control for you Hydra Chip! Change your Hydra tune position directly from your CTS3 or via the Medusa App. The Medusa Interface is a bridge between your Hydra Chip and your CTS3 or phone/tablet.
What the Medusa doesn't do: Medusa does not allow the use of Hydra tuning via the CTS3. All the tuning will still be done via the Hydra Chip.

At Power Hungry Performance, we believe returning a product
should be straightforward—not frustrating. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right. If you're having an issue or need any help: call our office, email our support team (support@phptune.com), or complete our Support Form. Our team knows these products inside and out and can troubleshoot most issues in minutes. We are in the office M-F, 9am-5pm EST.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
No complicated RMA process required—just give us a call or complete our Support Form before sending
anything back. We’ll confirm whether your item qualifies for a refund or exchange and walk you through next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll begin processing your refund:
- Refunds will only be issued on
unused items in their original packaging - Eligible refunds are issued within 7 business days
- Refunds are applied to your original payment method
- We can only refund items that were purchased directly from us
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A flat 20% restocking fee applies to all returns to help cover inspection, processing, and repackaging
We ask that customers cover return shipping costs and use a trackable service when possible. This ensures your return arrives safely and avoids delays. Please pack your item securely to prevent damage during transit—our team will inspect everything once it arrives. Not sure how to ship something back? We’re happy to guide you.

I didn’t like how it only switched the first six tunes and it froze my edge monitor and now I have to send that into edge to get it fixed
