How does the Orion Reflash System for Navistar® help?
The Orion Reflash System for Navistar® can improve your driving experience by:
- Increasing power output for improve hauling and towing capability
- Easily selecting from 7 different power levels depending on your needs

- Reducing acceleration times to help get up to speed

How does the Orion Reflash System for Navistar® work?
Everything regarding Orion Licensing and Orion file transferring will happen through the Orion Reflash Portal. To use the Orion Portal, you will need to create an account on the Orion Portal Page.
- Create an Orion Portal account by visiting Portal.OrionReflash.com or by scanning the QR code included in the Orion Reflash System package.
- Once inside the portal, enter your provided License Key in the box labeled “Add New Orion Reflash License Key.” That Key will be linked to your account.
- The Key will show up in your Portal. It will default to the status of “Not attached to a vehicle”. Click on the Key to access the file sharing menu.
- In the file sharing menu, upload the .opf and .txt files for your vehicle and click “Upload”. That will send the base files for your vehicle to Power Hungry Performance. You will get those files when you use the Orion Reflash System to identify your vehicle. Please refer to the Orion Reflash System instructions on how to do that.
- Once your vehicle’s file is ready, you will receive an email from Power Hungry Performance instructing you to return to the portal to download your files. The files will be available in the Orion Portal under the License Key associated with your order.
- Once you have your updated Orion Reflash file, you are free to return to the vehicle to complete the Reflash. For instructions on how to reflash your vehicle, please refer to the Orion Reflash System instructions.
Once you purchase the Orion Reflash System, we will send you the needed hardware and a License Key. You will use the hardware and a Windows laptop to read the vehicle’s base file. You will send us that base file via the Orion Portal (https://portal.orionreflash.com/) , we will re-work that file and load the updated files in the Orion Portal for you. You fill then use the hardware and your laptop to upload the new file into your vehicle.
With the Orion Reflash System for Navistar® from Power Hungry Performance, improving the power, drivability, and fuel economy of your Navistar® equipped vehicle has never been easier. Just plug in, reflash, and achieve the performance that these vehicles are capable of!
Please note: modifications to the vehicle may require alterations to the standard reflash, which will cost an additional $300. These modifications may include but are not limited to aftermarket injectors or HPOPs. If you need a custom reflash, please add the Orion Custom Reflash to your order. IDM / FICM tuning is available for certain vehicles. IDM / FICM tuning is required on certain vehicles running aftermarket injectors. IDM / FICM tuning is an additional $150. If you have any questions regarding your setup, please call.

should be straightforward—not frustrating. If something’s not right, we’ll work with you to make it right. If you're having an issue or need any help: call our office, email our support team (support@phptune.com), or complete our Support Form. Our team knows these products inside and out and can troubleshoot most issues in minutes. We are in the office M-F, 9am-5pm EST.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

anything back. We’ll confirm whether your item qualifies for a refund or exchange and walk you through next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll begin processing your refund:
- Refunds will only be issued on
unused items in their original packaging - Eligible refunds are issued within 7 business days
- Refunds are applied to your original payment method
- We can only refund items that were purchased directly from us
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- A flat 20% restocking fee applies to all returns to help cover inspection, processing, and repackaging

What is the Orion Reflash System for Navistar?
Please check your connector and PCM before ordering!
The 1998 vehicles are a split year and may have the “older” PCM style, which will NOT work with our Orion Reflash System. That PCM would use a specialty Hydra Chip. Give us a call for details on the 1994-1998 vehicles. Check the gallery for PCM references.

Introducing the Orion Reflash System for Navistar®!
The Orion Reflash System for Navistar® has been developed to help improve the performance, drivability, and economy of the 1998 – 2006 model year Navistar® equipped vehicles. This includes the 3000 Series (School Buses) and the 4000 Series (Single Cab and Crew Cab Trucks). With power increases approaching as much as 100 HP over a stock configuration †, you will be able to achieve the performance, acceleration, fuel economy you need.
Power Hungry Performance has leveraged its decades of tuning experience and familiarity with the 7.3L platform to developed tuning for the T444e-equipped vehicles that rivals the performance of its Ford F-Series cousin. But, it doesn’t end there. Due to the similarities in engine management and HEUI Injection, we are also able to provide tuning for the VT275, VT365, DT466, DT530, and DT570 applications as well, achieving similar gains in performance and economy.
