How to Access Your Tunes

Launch HydraFlash on your Windows or Mac computer.

Confirm your Hydra Chip serial number.

Close and reopen HydraFlash — your new Titan Unlock tunes will be available in your library.

Use the Box/Hex conversion tool to find your calibration.

Scroll to your injector size in the list and select your desired tune.

This product does not tune for other non-stock parts (turbos, cams, transmission builds, etc.).

I’m loving it. The overall drivability is so much better than stock, and to have the options is great. The only bad part is having so many options is hard to choose. I hope you guys keep expanding the library maybe some tune options with an aftermarket HPOP, but this is a hell of a start. Next up the Medusa. Keep up the awesome work. life long customer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been part of the Power Hungry Performance family since 2016. My relationship with them started as a customer, and over the years I became a dealer for their products, including the Hydra, Medusa, FICM tuning, and more. For nearly a decade, we've worked primarily with Hydra chips on the 7.3L Powerstroke platform. After selling and installing thousands of Hydra chips, I can confidently say the customer reaction is almost always the same, shock and amazement. The increase in power, throttle response, transmission shift strategy, overall drivability, and even fuel economy completely transforms these trucks. The proof is in the pudding. The Hydra has become the number one tuning platform for the 7.3L Power Stroke, and for good reason. Power Hungry Performance continues to innovate by keeping the platform open through HydraFlash 3, allowing other tuners to develop and offer their own custom calibrations. This open-source approach has helped establish the Hydra as the industry standard for 7.3L Power Stroke tuning. What truly sets Power Hungry Performance apart, however, is the people behind the company. Bill, Angela, Ward and the entire team have always gone above and beyond to support us. I've spent countless hours on the phone troubleshooting, learning, and exchanging ideas with them, and they've always been generous with their time and knowledge. Over the years, we've also attended multiple industry events together, and it's been great to watch the company continue to grow while remaining committed to both its customers and dealers. I also appreciate their commitment to education. They've offered tuning classes at industry events, and I've recently heard they're expanding that effort by offering weekly training sessions. It's just another example of their dedication to advancing the 7.3L Power Stroke community and helping others succeed.
