Description
The Titan Unlock is an expanded tunes library for people with modified single-shot injectors who already own a Power Hungry Performance Hydra Chip. This expanded library will come with a full complement of files (usually 15+ depending on vehicle) and covers most aftermarket injectors for the 7.3L Powerstroke.
The Titan Unlock is designed as a simple and quick way for customers to get files to match aftermarket injectors, but the tunes do not accommodate other non-stock parts or "builds." If your modifications go beyond single-shot injectors and a modified compressor wheel, we suggest a set of tunes written specifically for your setup. Power Hungry Performance does not offer custom tuning.
The Titan Unlock covers "Stage 1," "Stage 1.5," and "Stage 3 Hybrid" injectors up to 100% over nozzles with a stock turbo, or a stock turbo with a modified compressor wheel. The Stage 1 and Stage 1.5 tunes will not accommodate an HPOP flowing more than 10% over stock. Stage 3 tunes will accommodate the stock HPOP or up to an Adrenaline HPOP. All the Titan Unlock tunes will accommodate a stock transmission. "Built" or "race" transmissions may not shift as desired.

Replacing stock injectors with aftermarket modified injectors while running a calibration for stock injectors can cause a poor idle, high EGTs, and drivability issues. The Titan Unlock is a great option for those who are replacing their injectors with aftermarket injectors. Once your order is placed, your Hydra will automatically be granted access to the modified injector library.
To access the injector files, launch HydraFlash, find your desired calibration in the Box/Hex conversion tool, then scroll down to find your Desired Calibration + your injector size. If you do not find your injector size in the list, please call or email support@phptune.com for help.

Please Note: The Titan Unlock does not typically cover "Stage 2" injectors. We find that most "Stage 2" injectors often require even more specific tuning.
Also Note: Even though the Titan Unlock is made to accommodate non-stock injectors, other non-stock parts may not be covered under the Titan Unlock. Things like vehicle health and maintenance may also lead to a vehicle under-performing. The Titan Unlock is not designed to remedy or repair any mechanical issues with a vehicle.
